2. Misiunea Departamentului I D / I F R Misiunea D e p a r t a m e n t u l u i ID/IFR, a s a c u m e s t e d e f m i t a i n Manualul Calitatii

DID/IFR, e s t e ''de a asigura §i dezvolta resursele si instrumentele necesare deruldrii proceselor de educafie §i de cercetare stiinfificd la standarde de calitate, specifice programelor de studii universitare §i de masterat cu frecventa redusa, necesare formdrii de speciali^ii, cu o complexd pregdtire teoretica si aplicativd, capabili sa se integreze rapid si eficient pe pia(a muncii in domeniul absolvit".

Asumarea misiunii si a unui set de obiective are ca fundament durabil insusirea unor valoripe care DID/IFR dor este sa le onoreze si sa le promoveze permanent:

1 ) competen(a profesionala - i m b u n a t a t i r e a c o n t i n u a s i o r i e n t a r e a c a t r e p e r f o r m a n t a a a c t u l u i e d u c a t i o n a l ;

2 ) integritalea morula - i n t r e t i n e r e a d e v o t a m e n t u l u i f a t a d e o n e s t i t a t e , c i n s t e s i o n o a r e , c o n f o r m C o d u l u i d e d e o n t o l o g i e s i e t i c a p r o f e s i o n a l a ;

3 ) vocalic - m e m b r i i c o m u n i t a t i i n o a s t r e a c a d e m i c e s u n t c a r a c t e r i z a t i p r i n d o r i n t a d e a d a r u i , n u d o a r d e a f u r n i z a c u n o s t i n t e , c o n t r i b u i n d l a a l e g e r e a c a r i e r e i s t u d e n t i l o r I F R l a l u m i n a s i p r i n l a m u r i r e a u n e i v o c a t i i ;

(2) Organizarea procesului educa{ional cu frecventa redusa ca un sistem centrat pe rezultatele inva(drii, care asigura, pregdtirea in domeniile economic, juridic, administra(ie publica. istorie ^i formarea de comportamente etice ^i. in egald mdsurd, ca sistem deschis .spre cooperarea interna(ionald cu entitdli structural-organizatorice din .spa(iul european.

(3) Implementarea Sistemului de Management al Colitd(ii .si promovarea unei culturi "procalitate".

(4) Perfec(ionarea pregdtirii resurselor umane implicate in programele de studiu IFR. (5) Asigurarea unui mediu adecvat de studiu individual - dezbateri-autoevaluare si

evaluare. (6) Promovarea ofertei de servicii educationale cu frecventa redusa.
