Produs intern brut (PIB) Produsul intern brut - date neajustate sezonier - estimat pentru trimestrul I 2015 a fost de 139267,1 milioane lei preuri curente, n cretere - n termeni reali cu 4,3 % comparativ cu trimestrul I 2014. Din punct de vedere al formrii produsului intern brut, n trimestrul I 2015, se remarc creterea n volum a valorii adugate brute din majoritatea ramurilor economice: informaii i comunicaii (+13,2%), agricultur, silvicultur i pescuit (+9,0%), construcii (+6,2%), comer cu ridicata i cu amnuntul; repararea autovehiculelor i motocicletelor, transport i depozitare; hoteluri i restaurante (+5,8%), industrie (+4,2%), activiti profesionale, tiinifice i tehnice; activiti de servicii administrative i activiti de servicii suport (+3,1%), intermedieri financiare i asigurri (+2,7%), activiti de spectacole, culturale i recreative; reparaii de produse de uz caznic i alte servicii (+2,4%), administraie public i aprare; asigurri sociale din sistemul public; nvmnt; sntate i asisten social (+1,9%), tranzacii imobiliare (+0,8%). Valoarea adugat brut a crescut cu 4,5%. n trimestrul I 2015, volumul impozitelor nete pe produs a crescut cu 3,5% fa de trimestrul I 2014. Analiza factorilor care au contribuit la creterea cu 4,3% a produsului intern brut evideniaz influena dominant a serviciilor (+2,6%) i a industriei (+0,9%).

Gross Domestic Product (GDP) The Gross Domestic Product seasonally unadjusted data - estimated for the first quarter of 2015 amounted to lei 139267.1 million current prices, increasing in real terms by 4.3%, compared to the first quarter of 2014. From the viewpoint of GDP formation, in the first quarter of 2015, one should notice the increase in volume of gross value added in most of the economic branches: information and communications (+13.2%), agriculture, forestry and fishing (+9.0%), construction (+6.2%), wholesale and retail; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles; transport and storage; hotels and restaurants (+5.8%), industry (+4.2%), professional, scientific and technical activities; activities of administrative services and of support services (+3.1%), financial intermediation and insurance (+2.7%), shows, culture and recreation activities; repair of household goods and other services (+2.4%), public administration and defence; social insurance of public sector; education; health and social assistance (+1.9%), real estate transactions (+0.8%). The gross value added increased by 4.5%. During the first quarter of 2015, the volume of net taxes on product increased by 3.5% compared to the first quarter of 2014. The analysis of factors that contributed to the 4.3% growth of GDP points out the prevalent influence of services (+2.6%) and industry (+0.9%).

Impozite nete pe produs 112,4 Net taxes on products Produsul intern brut n preuri curente se calculeaz ca sum a valorii elementelor sale componente exprimate n preuri curente. n mod similar, PIB n preuri constante se determin pe baza aceleiai relaii de calcul, cu meniunea c valoarea fiecrui element component este estimat n preuri constante pe baza indicilor de pre corespunztori. Indicele de pre al PIB se calculeaz prin raportarea valorii n preuri curente a acestui agregat la valoarea exprimat n preuri constante i nglobeaz efectele tuturor modificrilor de pre intervenite n economie. Evoluia produsului intern brut din punct de vedere al utilizrii evideniaz o cretere a exportului de bunuri i servicii (+9,7%). Cererea intern a crescut cu 5,7%. Consumul final individual efectiv al gospodriilor populaiei (+4,2%), n trimestrul I 2015, a fost influenat, n sens pozitiv de creterea volumului de mrfuri vndute prin comerul cu amnuntul (+3,2%) i a volumului serviciilor de pia prestate populaiei (+0,9%). Creterea volumului exporturilor de bunuri i servicii (+9,7%) i a importurilor de bunuri i servicii (+12,6%) au influenat deficitul balanei comerciale i de pli ale Romniei. The gross domestic product at current prices is calculated as the sum of its components value in current prices. Similarly, the GDP at constant prices is calculated based on the same relation, with the observation that the value of each component is estimated at constant prices by using appropriate price indices. The price index of GDP is calculated as a ratio between its value at current prices and its value at constant prices and includes the effects of all the changes in prices taking place in the economy. The evolution of gross domestic product from the viewpoint of its use points out an increase of exports in goods and services (+9.7%). Domestic demand increased by 5.7%. During to the first quarter of 2015, the households actual individual final consumption (+4.2%) was positively influenced by the increase in the volume of goods sold by retail (+3.2%) and in the volume of market services rendered to the population (+0.9%). The increase in exports of goods and services (+9.7%) and in imports of goods and services (+12.6%) volume has influenced the Romanian trade balance and Balance of Payments deficit. Thus, in the first quarter of 2015, the Balance of

Un efect negativ l-a avut exportul net (-1,3%).

Payments deficit was, in real terms, by 134.1% less than in the first quarter of 2014. The analysis of factors that contributed to the 4.3% growth of gross domestic product, from the viewpoint of GDP use, points out the significant contribution of households individual consumption (+3.2%), change in inventories (+1.3%) and the gross fixed capital formation (+1.2%). The net exports (-1.3%) had negative effect.

Produsul Intern Brut - date ajustate sezonier - estimat pentru trimestrul I 2015 a fost de 174848,5 milioane lei preuri curente, n cretere n termeni reali cu 1,6% fa de trimestrul IV 2014. Creteri importante au avut ramurile: informaii i comunicaii (+3,7%), comer cu ridicata i cu amnuntul; repararea autovehiculelor i motocicletelor, transport i depozitare; hoteluri i restaurante (+2,9%), industrie (+2,2%), agricultur, silvicultur i pescuit (+1,5%). Impozitele nete pe produs au crescut cu 1,7%. Din punct de vedere al utilizrii produsului intern brut, n trimestrul I 2015 rezult creterea cu 3,3% a formrii brute de capital fix i cu 1,2% a consumului final efectiv. Volumul exporturilor de bunuri i servicii a crescut cu 4,3%, iar volumul importurilor de bunuri i servicii cu 6,0%. 2. Investiii i locuine Investiiile realizate n economia naional n trimestrul I 2015 au nregistrat o cretere cu 8,5% comparativ cu trimestrul I 2014. Investiiile n lucrri de construcii noi au crescut cu 16,2%, n timp ce investiiile n utilaje, inclusiv mijloace de transport au nregistrat o majorare de 3,8%, fa de trimestrul I 2014. Ramurile n care s-a realizat un volum mai mare de investiii sunt: industrie, comer i servicii.

The Gross Domestic Product seasonally adjusted data estimated for the first quarter of 2015 amounted to 174848.5 million lei current prices, increasing in real terms by 1.6% compared to the fourth quarter of 2014. Important increases had the following branches: information and communications (+3.7%), wholesale and retail; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles; transport and storage; hotels and restaurants (+2.9%), industry (+2.2%), agriculture, forestry and fishing (+1.5%). Net taxes on product increased by 1.7%. From the viewpoint of gross domestic product use in the first quarter of 2015, it results the increase by 3.3% of gross fixed capital formation and by 1.2% of actual final consumption. The exports volume of goods and services increased by 4.3%, while the volume of goods and services imports by 6.0%. 2. Investments and dwellings Investments achieved in the national economy in the first quarter of 2015 registered an increase by 8.5%, compared to the first quarter of 2014. Investments in new construction works increased by 16.2%, while investments in equipment, including means of transport registered an increase of 3.8%, compared to the first quarter of 2014. The branches achieving a higher volume of investments are: industry, trade and services.

n trimestrul I 2015 au fost terminate 9232 locuine, cu 962 locuine mai mult fa de trimestrul I 2014. Majoritatea locuinelor terminate s-a realizat din fonduri private. Acestea au reprezentat 97,0% n totalul locuinelor terminate, numrul lor fiind mai mare cu 734 locuine fa de trimestrul I 2014. Pe regiuni de dezvoltare, cele mai multe locuine au fost date n folosin n regiunile : Bucureti-Ilfov (27,3% fa de total ar), Centru (14,8%), Nord-Est (12,0%), Nord-Vest (11,5%), Sud-Muntenia (10,8%).

During the first quarter of 2015, 9232 dwellings were completed, with 962 dwellings more than during the first quarter of 2014. Most of completed dwellings were financed from private funds. They represented 97.0% of total completed dwellings, their number being by 734 dwellings higher than during the first quarter of 2014. Scderi de preuri s-au nregistrat la ou (-6,9%). La mrfurile nealimentare s-au nregistrat creteri de preuri la tutun, igri (+0,8%), la combustibili (+0,7%), la nclminte (+0,1%). Scderi de preuri s-au nregistrat la gaze (-3,7%). Evoluia tarifelor la servicii a fost influenat de creterea tarifelor la transport urban (+1,4%), la ap, canal, salubritate (+0,4%), la ngrijire medical (+0,2%). During 1.I-30.IV.2015, the turnover per total industry, in nominal terms, was by 1.7% higher than during 1.I-30.IV.2014, due to the increases registered for capital goods industry (+6.7%), in durable goods industry (+4.9%), intermediate goods industry (+4.4%), current use goods industry (+0.4%). Energy industry decreased by 21.8%. Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply increased by 3.1%.

1.4. Resursele de energie primar Principalele resurse de energie primar, n perioada 1.I-30.IV.2015, au totalizat 10721,8 mii tone echivalent2) petrol (din care 7471,4 mii tone echivalent petrol din producia intern), n cretere cu 3,0% fa de perioada 1.I-30.IV.2014, ca urmare a creterii produciei de resurse de energie primar cu 4,3%. Producia de energie electric, n perioada 1.I-30.IV.2015, a nsumat 22298,3 milioane kWh, n cretere cu 5,2% fa de perioada 1.I-30.IV.2014. Cea mai mare parte din producie, continu s se obin n termocentrale clasice (39,6%), urmat de hidrocentrale (29,9%). Consumul final de energie electric n perioada 1.I-30.IV.2015 a fost de 16287,7 milioane kWh, cu 3,9% mai mic fa de perioada 1.I-30.IV.2014; iluminatul public a crescut cu 24,4%, iar consumul populaiei a crescut cu 4,7%. Exportul de energie electric a crescut cu 100,0%. 2. Comer internaional cu bunuri Exporturile FOB realizate n trimestrul I 2015 au fost de 59634,7 milioane lei (13380,8 milioane euro), valoarea acestora fiind mai mare cu 3,8% fa de trimestrul I 2014, calculat la valori exprimate n lei, respectiv cu 4,9% mai mare, calculat pe baza valorilor exprimate n euro. n structura exporturilor, trei din cele zece seciuni de bunuri din Clasificarea Standard de Comer Internaional (CSCI Rev. 4) dein mpreun 76,9% din totalul exporturilor, dup cum urmeaz: maini i echipamente de transport (44,0%), produse prelucrate clasificate n principal dup materia prim (17,2%) i articole manufacturate diverse (15,7%). In the structure of imports, four out of the 10 sections of goods in the Standard International Trade Classification (SITC Rev. 4) account for 82.0% of total imports, as follows: machinery and transport equipment (36.7%), manufactured products mainly classified by raw material (21.5%), chemicals and related products not-elsewhere specified (14.1%) and miscellaneous manufactured articles (9.7%). During the first quarter of 2015, the trade deficit amounted to lei 6089.6 million ( 1372.3 million) in FOB/CIF prices, lei 1061.0 million ( 253.4 million) higher than during the first quarter of 2014. The value of intra-community exchanges of goods in the first quarter of 2015 was of lei 44220.2 million ( 9937.6 million) for deliveries and lei 50467.1 million ( 11343.5 million) for inputs, representing 74.2% of total exports and 76.8% of total imports.

During 1.I-30.IV.2015, overnight stays in tourist reception establishments registered an increase by 14.7%, compared to 1.I-30.IV.2014. Overnight stays of Romanian tourists in tourist reception establishments with accommodation functions represented 77.3% of total overnight stays, during 1.I-30.IV.2015, while overnight stays of foreign tourists represented 22.7%. Index of net use of accommodation bed places was 20.7% per total tourist accommodation establishments during 1.I-30.IV.2015, increasing by 2.2 percentage points, compared to 1.I-30.IV.2014 period. Higher net use indices of the accommodation places were registered by hotels (25.8%), by hostels (15.1%) and by touristic villas (14.9%) during 1.I-30.IV.2015. Arrivals of foreign visitors in Romania registered at customs increased by 11.5% during 1.I-30.IV.2015, compared to 1.I-30.IV.2014 period. Most of foreign visitors come from European countries (93.7%). 59.7% of total arrivals of foreign visitors in Romania were registered from European Union states. Among European Union states, most of arrivals in total arrivals of foreign visitors were registered from: Hungary (32.0%), Bulgaria (28.9%), Germany (8.0%), Italy (6.8%), Poland (5.0%) and Austria (3.3%). Departures of Romanian visitors abroad registered at customs increased by 10.4% during 1.I-30.IV.2015, compared to 1.I-30.IV.2014 period. Ctigul salarial mediu brut ct i cel net au crescut cu 1,4%, respectiv cu 1,5% fa de nivelul lunii martie 2015. Fa de luna aprilie a anului 2014, ctigul salarial mediu nominal net a crescut cu 7,0%. n luna aprilie 2015, raportul dintre indicele ctigului salarial nominal mediu net i indicele preurilor de consum a fost 101,4% comparativ cu luna precedent, 106,3% fa de luna corespunztoare a anului 2014 i 136,9% comparativ cu luna octombrie 1990.

Rata locurilor de munc vacante n trimestrul I 2015 (luna de mijloc a trimestrului) a fost de 1,03%, n cretere fa de trimestrul I 2014 (0,90%) i mai mare fa de trimestrul IV 2014 (0,91%). Pe activiti economice, cele mai mari rate ale locurilor de munc vacante, n trimestrul I 2015, s-au nregistrat la administraie public i aprare; asigurri sociale din sistemul public, exclusiv forele armate i personalul asimilat (3,13%), alte activiti de servicii (2,55%), activiti de spectacole, culturale i recreative (1,97%), sntate i asisten social (1,85%), activiti profesionale, tiinifice i tehnice (1,17%), transport i depozitare (1,15%), informaii i comunicaii (1,13%), industrie prelucrtoare (1,10%). Pe grupe majore de ocupaii, cele mai ridicate rate s-au nregistrat pentru specialiti n diverse domenii de activitate (1,40%), funcionari administrativi (1,25%), muncitori necalificai (1,11%), tehnicieni i ali specialiti din domeniul tehnic (1,02%). 9. omaj Potrivit datelor furnizate de Agenia Naional Pentru Ocuparea Forei de Munc, numrul omerilor nregistrai la sfritul lunii aprilie 2015 era de 463,2 mii persoane. Comparativ cu luna aprilie din anul 2014, numrul omerilor nregistrai la ageniile pentru ocuparea forei de munc a fost mai mic cu 1,6 mii persoane. Din numrul total al omerilor nregistrai, femeile reprezentau 41,8%. Rata omajului nregistrat n luna aprilie 2015 a fost de 5,1% n raport cu populaia activ civil total (5,1% n luna aprilie 2014). Rata omajului pentru femei a fost cu 1,0 puncte procentuale mai mic dect cea nregistrat pentru brbai (4,6% fa de 5,6%). Rate ridicate ale omajului s-au nregistrat n judeele: Teleorman (11,1%), Vaslui (11,0%), Mehedini (9,7%), Buzu i Dolj (9,1% fiecare), Galai (8,9%), Alba (8,2%), Gorj (8,0%), Olt (7,8%), Clrai (7,3%), Ialomia (7,2%), Giurgiu (7,0%), Brila (6,9%), Dmbovia i Mure (6,8% fiecare), Bacu i Suceava (6,2% fiecare), Covasna i Hunedoara (6,0% fiecare), Neam i Vlcea (5,9% fiecare), Arge (5,6%), Vrancea (5,5%), Prahova (5,1%). Cele mai sczute rate ale omajului au fost n judeele: Municipiul Bucureti (1,9%), Ilfov i Timi (1,4% fiecare).
