    Piesele destinate zincrii termice sunt supuseurmtoarelor etape tehnologice de pregtire chimic:

    1. Degresarea: Piesele sunt tratate cu o soluie de decapare alcalin,pentru a ndeprta orice urme de ulei i alte impuriti.

    2. Decaparea: Piesele se trateaz prin imersie ntr-o baie cu soluie de acidclorhidric, astel piesele sunt curate de orice urm de rugin pentru aavea supraeele perect curate.

    3. Splarea: Se eectueaz pentru a ndeprta orice urm de acid de pesupraee.

    4. Fluxarea: Se eectueaz ntr-o baie cu soluie de lux, incalzit, pentrua ntrzia oxidarea.

    5. Uscarea: Este olosit pentru a usca i a pregti materialul pentruimersia n baia de zinc.

    6. Zincarea: Are loc prin scuundare n baia zinc topit a unui co specialn care sunt ncrcate piesele dup terminarea etapelor de pregtirechimic, la o temperatura controlat i timp prestabilit, n uncie de tipulde produs.

    7. Centriugarea: Acest pas se realizeaz n urma zincrii termice aproduselor mici: uruburi, piulie, aibe, supori, lamele, elemente delegtur de mici dimensiuni, etc. Excesul de zinc este ndeprtat prinaciunea orei centriuge, avnd ca rezultat o supraa neted iuniorm.

    8. Rcirea: Piesele sunt rcite ntr-o baie cu ap rece, dup care sunt gataa i ambalate i livrate.

    Parts for hot dip galvanizing are subject to the followingtechnological stages of chemical preparation:

    1. Degreasing: The pieces are treated with an alkaline etching solution toremove any oil and other impurities.

    2. Pickling: The pieces are treated by immersion in a bath o hydrochloricacid, such parts are cleaned o any rust to be perectly clean suraces.

    3. Washing: It is perormed to remove any acid rom suraces.

    4. Fluxing: Perorm in a bath with low solution, heated to retard

    oxidation.

    5. Drying: It is used to dry and prepare the material or immersion inmolten zinc bath.

    6. Dipping: is held by immersion in molten zinc in a special cart that isloaded with pieces afer chemical preparation stages, at a controlledtemperature and preset time, depending on the type o product.

    7. Spinning: This step is achieved afer hot dip galvanizing o smallerproducts: screws, nuts, washers, brackets, blades, small items oconnection, etc. The excess zinc is removed by the action o centriugalorce, resulting in a smooth and uniorm surace.

    8. Cooling: The pieces are cooled in a cold water bath afer which they areready to be packaged and delivered.
