    Practica pedagogic este activitatea prin care, n anul II i III de studiu, toate elementele formrii profesionale interacioneaz cu adevarat. Importana practicii pedagogice deriv i din faptul c este singura form prin care se formeaz aptitudinea (competena) pedagogic i se pun bazele unui stil didactic personal.

    Cunostinele i competenele de specialitate ale studenilor-practicani se mpletesc cu primele elemente de competen psihopedagogic. Competena psihopedagogic este conferit de sinteza acelor nsuiri psihopedagogice prin care se asigur eficiena i eficacitatea procesului didactic. Recomandri actuale pentru activitatea de formare a viitorilor educatori accentueaz focalizarea pe formarea unor competene, care s includ motivaia pentru nvare, creativitatea i cooperarea. Pentru studenii care se pregtesc s devin i cadre didactice, aceste principii-nucleu traseaz direciile cluzitoare n tot ceea ce fac pentru nsuirea profesiunii didactice, iar practica pedagogic este activitatea reprezentativ n acest sens:

    - Educatorul este un bun cunosctor al domeniului precolar i al didacticii; - Educatorul cunoate copilul i l asist n propria dezvoltare; - Educatorul este membru al comunitii; - Educatorul are o atitudine reflexiv; - Educatorul este promotor al unui sistem de valori n concordan cu

    idealul educaional.

    Pregtete-te cu seriozitate pentru fiecare activitate. S-i nsueti corect coninutul temei pe care urmeaz s o propui. La activitile pe care le susii s ai o inut vestimentar corespunztoare. Coninuturile pe care le transmii vor fi adaptate nivelului de cunotine ale copilului i

    particularitilor de vrst ale acestora. Utilizeaz un vocabular corect din punct de vedere tiinific i gramatical, accesibil

    precolarilor. Vorbete n aa fel ca s te aud toi copiii. Realizeaz-i obiectivele pe care i le-ai propus n proiectul didactic. Activitile pe care le susii trebuie s aib un pronunat caracter formativ. Nu tu eti n centrul activitii, ci copiii. S nu uii c orice activitate este perfectibil. Fiecare activitate s fie un prilej de a demonstra c i-ai perfecionat competenele

    psihopedagogice. n cadrul apariiei pe parcursul activitii a unor dificulti, dovedete calm i cu stpnire de

    sine. S-i proiectezi metodele i procedeele care implic copilul n activitatea de predare-

    nvare. S-i pregteti din timp mijloacele de nvmnt. Utilizeaz toate resursele pe care le ai la dispoziie. Administreaz corect timpul afectat activitii, pentru a realiza tot ce i-ai propus n proiectul

    didactic. Inoveaz, dar pstreaz ceea ce este valoros n tradiie. Nu uita c i tu ai fost copil.

    Nu agresa fizic sau verbal copiii. Acord atenie egal tuturor copiilor. Copilul este cel mai important judector ale activitii tale. Imprim cldur sufleteasc n relaiile cu copiii. S fii ordonat n toate. S faci de fiecare dat aprecieri asupra activitii copiilor. Fii ambil cu prinii copilului. Ajut educatorul n toate

    Statutul practicii de iniiere: Practica de iniiere este obligatorie pentru specialitatea Pedagogie Precolar, n anul II, semestrul IV.

    Durata: 1 sptmn

    Obiectivele practicii de iniiere:

    1. Formarea interesului profesional fa de activitatea pedagogic a educatorului n instituia precolar

    2. Observarea particularitilor psihologice de vrst ale precolarilor

    3. Asistarea i observarea activitilor efectuate de ctre educatori

    3. Stimularea motivaiei n formarea culturii activitii pedagogice

    4. Evidenierea necesitii de autoinstruire, autocunoatere i autoperfecionare

    1. Caracteristica particularitilor de vrst a precolarilor

    2. Descrierea regimului zilei n grupa de copii

    3. Observarea amenajrii grupei i a terenului

    4. Analiza activitilor asistate
