    SCOPO ED IMPORTANZA DELMANUALEIl presente manuale, redatto dalcostruttore, parte integrantedel corredo del motovibratoreelettrico; come tale deve asso-lutamente seguire il motovibrato-re elettrico fino al suo smantella-mento ed essere facilmente re-peribile per una rapida consulta-zione da parte degli operatori in-teressati e della direzione lavoridel cantiere. In caso di cambio dipropriet del motovibratore elet-trico, il manuale deve essereconsegnato alla nuova proprie-t.     - Collegare il vibratore alla reteelettrica mediante cavi che ab-biano una temperatura di utiliz-zo corrispondente a quando in-dicato sulla targhetta del moto-vibratore. (80C fino a size 50;100C da size 60 a size 90).

    - I motovibratori MVE vengonoforniti con pressacavi confor-mi alla direttiva 94/9 CE secon-do categoria 3D ; nel caso incui debbano essere sostituiti necessario utilizzare pressa-cavi aventi le stesse caratteri-stiche.

    - Il motovibratore elettrico de-scritto in questo manuale statoprogettato e testato per un uti-lizzo in zone potenzialmenteesplosive classificate comezona 22 secondo la norma EN50281-3 ed in accordo alla Di-rettiva ATEX 94/9/CE. Lutilizza-tore dovr assicurarsi che illuogo di lavoro allinterno delquale verr installato il motovi-bratore elettrico sia stato ade-guatamente messo in sicurez-za da un punto di vista di ri-schio esplosione .

    - E importante da parte del clien-te in fase dordine specificarele caratteristiche delle polverida trattare e anche le tempera-ture di processo.

    IMPORTANTE: la versioneATEX del motovibratore elet-trico stata progettata peroperare con polveri che du-rante il trattamento non rila-scino gas considerati esplo-sivi

    ATTENERSI ALLE INDICAZIO-NI RIPORTATE NELLA TAR-GHETTA:

    D = dust / polvere

    Per poter operare in condizionidi sicurezza occorre verificareche le polveri trattate abbia-no una temperatura di ac-censione superiore alme-no dei 2/3 della temperaturasuperficiale indicata sullatarghetta del motovibratore(EN 50281-3). (Le massimetemperature indicate nelpresente manuale ed in tar-ga sui motovibratori sonostate calcolate senza consi-derare leventuale presenzadi strati di polvere deposita-te sulle superfici).Il motovibratore elettrico dovressere installato con uno spaziocircostante sufficiente per effet-tuare le normali operazioni dimontaggio/smontaggio, pulitura emanutenzione.

    - Connect the vibrator to the elec-tric mains by means of cableshaving an operating tempera-ture corresponding to that indi-cated on the electric vibratorrating plate. (100C up to size50; 100C from size 60 to size90).

    - MVE electric vibrators are sup-plied with cable glands con-forming to Directive 94/9 CE ac-cording to category 3D; for re-placement, use cable glandshaving the same characteris-tics.

    - The electric vibrator describedin this Manual is designed andtested for use in potentially ex-plosive zones classified aszone 22 according to standardEN 50281-3 and in accordancewith ATEX Directive 94/9/CE.The user must make sure thatthe workplace in which theelectric vibrator is installed isset in safety condition from thepoint of view of risk of explo-sion.

    - In the order phase, it is neces-sary for the customer to spec-ify the characteristics of thepowders handled and the proc-ess temperature.

    IMPORTANT: the ATEX ver-sion of the electric vibratoris designed for handlingpowders that do not releasegases considered to be ex-plosive during treatment.

    FOLLOW THE INDICATIONSGIVEN ON THE RATING PLATE:

    D = dust / polvere

    To operate in safe conditions,check to make sure thedusts handled have an igni-tion temperature at least 2/3that of the surface tempera-ture indicated on the electricvibrator rating plate (EN50281-3).(The maximum tempera-tures indicated in this Man-ual and on the electric vibra-tor rating plate are calculat-ed without taking into con-sideration the presence oflayers of dust, if any, on thesurface).The electric vibrator must be in-stalled with sufficient clearancearound it to allow assembly/dis-assembly, cleaning and mainte-nance operations.

    Um unter sicheren Bedingungenarbeiten zu knnen, ist es erfor-derlich zu prfen, dass die be-handelten Stube eine Zndtem-peratur haben, die mindestenszwei Dritteln der Oberflchen-temperatur entspricht, die aufdem Typenschild des Unwucht-motors steht (EN 50281-3).(Die Hchsttemperaturen, die indiesem Handbuch und auf demTypenschild der Unwuchtmoto-ren stehen, sind ohne Berck-sichtigung von auf den Oberfl-chen abgelagerten Staubschich-ten berechnet worden).Der elektrische Unwuchtmotor istso zu installieren, dass ringsumausreichender Platz vorhandenist, um die normalen Arbeiten frEin- und Ausbau, Wartung undReinigung vorzunehmen.

    - Before proceeding with instal-lation of the electric vibrator,the plant technician/installermust check to make sure thatthe model ordered corres-ponds to that ordered (valueon rating plate), and check itfor faults and damage duringtransport.

    - Installation of the electric vib-rator must be done in accor-dance with the indications gi-ven in this Manual by the planttechnician/installer who mustcarry out functional checks,adjustments and check the cor-rect positioning.Disassembly and assembly ofparts of the electric vibratormust only be done for mainten-ance or cleaning and must beperformed only by qualifiedoperators authorized for the-se operations: the indicationsnecessary for assembly/di-sassembly of certain parts ofthe electric vibrator are at-tached to the User Manual.

    IMPORTANT: in this Manualwe shall use the expressi-on setting the electric vib-rator and the apparatus onwhich it is installed in safecondition to indicate the fol-lowing operations:- Before carrying out any main-

    tenance operation, the ma-chine must be set in safetycondition, as it is hazardous tooperate inside the junction boxof the electric vibrator, so theelectric supply must bedisconnected by turningthe main switch off.

    N.B. It is forbidden to opera-te on the electric vibratorwhile the appliance on whichit is installed (such as vibra-ting bin, screen, etc. ) isoperating. If the appliance iscontrolled from a main pa-nel, the latter must be provi-ded with a safety key to pre-vent accidental start up, andthe key must be kept in thecustody of the person re-sponsible for maintenanceoperations.

Einbauvon Teilen des elektrischen Un-wuchtmotors ist nur zur Wartungoder zur Reinigung auszufhrenund darf nur von Personal aus-gefhrt werden, das dazu qua-lifiziert und befugt ist: Die An-gaben, die fr den Ein- undAusbau einiger Einzelteile deselektrischen Unwuchtmotors er-forderlich sind, liegen der Be-triebanleitung bei.

    WICHTIG: Im folgenden Text die-ses Handbuchs verstehen wirunter der Angabe den elektri-schen Unwuchtmotor und dasGert, in dem er installiert ist,in den sicheren Zustand brin-gen die folgenden Vorgnge:- Bevor man irgendeinen Eingriff

    Anm.: Whrend des Betriebs desGerts, auf dem der elektrischeUnwuchtmotor installiert ist (z.B.Austragsboden, Sieb etc.), ist esverboten, Eingriffe auf dem elek-trischen Unwuchtmotor aufzu-fhren. Wenn das Gert ber ei-nen allgemeinen Schaltschrankgesteuert wird, muss dieser miteinem Sicherheitsschlssel ge-gen das unbeabsichtigte Ein-schalten versehen sein und derSchlssel muss im Besitz derPerson sein, die mit der Ausfh-rung der Wartungsarbeiten be-fasst ist.

    - Avant deffectuer une quel-conque intervention sur lemotovibrateur lectrique,sassurer quelle a tmise en scurit.

    IMPORTANT : Dans la suite duprsent manuel nous indi-quons avec la mention met-tre en scurit le motovibra-teur lectrique et lappa-reillage sur lequel il est ins-tall les oprations suivan-tes :- Avant toute intervention den-

    - Il valore di temperatura massi-ma indicato in targa, relativoa misurazioni in normali condi-zioni ambientali. Vi la possi-bilit di un aumento di sviluppodi calore, a causa della varia-zione della temperatura am-biente ad esempio, a causa diuna collocazione del motovi-bratore elettrico in un luogochiuso o poco ventilato.

    - In caso di sostituzione di parti,utilizzare sempre ricambi origi-nali.

    - Evitare che oggetti cadano ourtino contro il motovibratoreelettrico, danneggiandolo.

    - Always use genuine spareparts for replacement.

    - Make sure objects do not fallon or knock against the elec-tric vibrator, damaging it.

    Alle elektrischen Gerte, dieeventuell fr die Wartungs-arbeiten und die Reinigungverwendet werden, die au-erhalb des elektrischenUnwuchtmotors stattfinden,mssen nach ATEX Kat. II 3 Dfr Zone 22 zertifiziert sein.

    - Der Typenschildwert derHchsttemperatur bezieht sichauf Messungen unter norma-len Umgebungsbedingungen.Es besteht die Mglichkeit zurErhhung der Wrmeentwick-lung infolge der Variation derUmgebungstemperatur, z.B.wenn der elektrische Un-wuchtmotor an einer geschlos-senen oder schlecht belfte-ten Stelle positioniert ist.

    - Wenn Einzelteile ersetzt wer-den mssen, darf man nur Ori-ginalersatzteile verwenden.

    La Oli S.r.l. riconosce un perio-do di 12 mesi di garanzia sui pro-dotti di propria costruzione. Ilperiodo decorre dalla data dellabolla di consegna. La garanzianon applicabile a seguito di rot-ture e/o difetti causati da erratainstallazione o utilizzo, oppure damanutenzioni non corrette o mo-difiche apportate senza autoriz-zazione del costruttore. La ga-ranzia non si estende alle partiche si logorano in seguito al nor-male uso e alle parti elettriche. Amiglior precisazione la garanziae la conformit alla normativadecadono nei casi in cui il moto-vibratore elettrico: sia stato manomesso o modifi-

    cato. sia stato utilizzato non corret-

    tamente. sia stato utilizzato non rispet-

    tando i limiti indicati nel presen-te manuale e/o sia stato sotto-posto ad eccessive sollecita-zioni meccaniche.

    non sia stato sottoposto allenecessarie manutenzioni oqueste siano state eseguitesolo in parte e/o non corretta-mente o da personale NON cor-rettamente istruito

    abbia subito danni per incuriadurante il trasporto, linstalla-zione e lutilizzo.

    siano state inserite parti di ri-cambio non originali.

    Al ricevimento del prodotto, ildestinatario deve verificare chelo stesso non presenti difetti odanni derivanti dal trasporto e/oincompletezza della fornitura.Eventuali difetti, danni o incom-pletezza vanno immediatamentesegnalati al costruttore median-te comunicazione scritta e con-trofirmata dal vettore.I prodotti resi per riparazione ingaranzia vanno resi in PORTOFRANCO ns. stabilimento.

    has been damaged duringtransport, installation or use

    has been fitted with spareparts that are not genuine.

    On receiving the goods, the con-signee must check to make surethere are no defects and/or dam-age deriving from transport and/or the incompleteness of the sup-ply.Defects, damage or incomplete-ness must be immediately noti-fied to the manufacturer in writ-ing and countersigned by thehaulage contractor.The products returned for re-pairs during the warrantee peri-od must be CARRIAGE PAID toour factory.

    - whrend Transport, Installati-on und Gebrauch durch Man-gel an Sorgfalt Schden erlit-ten hat.

    - Ersatzteile benutzt wordensind, die keine Originalersatz-teile sind.

    Beim Erhalt des Produkts mussder Empfnger prfen, dass die-ses keine durch den Transportverursachten Schden oderFehler aufweist und dass derLieferumfang vollstndig ist.Etwaige Mngel, Schden oderFehlmengen sind dem Herstellersofort mittels einer schriftlichenMitteilung bekannt zu geben, diedurch den Frachtfhrer gegen-zuzeichnen ist.Die whrend der Garantiezeitzur Reparatur zurckgegebe-nen Produkte sind FRACHTFREIan unser Werk zu schicken.

    - E vietato limmagazzinamentoallaperto o in zone e dove sia-no presenti vapori o sostanzenon compatibili con i materialidi costruzione del motovibra-tore elettrico (sostanze anchedebolmente corrosive).

    - Le condizioni di immagazzina-mento al di sotto di -20C devo-no essere evitate.

    2)FERMO MACCHINA PRO-LUNGATO DOPO IL MON-TAGGIO

    - Prima della messa in serviziomettere in sicurezza il motovi-bratore elettrico.

    - Prima della messa in serviziodel motovibratore elettrico con-trollare lintegrit di tutte le partiper le quali un prolungato arre-sto potrebbe compromettere lafunzionalit.

    3)POSSIBILE REIMPIEGODOPO PERIODO DI INATTIVI-TA

    - Durante il fermo macchina evi-tare ambienti umidi e salmastri.

    - Sistemare il motovibratore elet-trico su pedane di legno e lo-carlo al riparo dalle intemperie.

    - E vietato limmagazzinamentoallaperto o in zone e dove sia-no presenti vapori o sostanzenon compatibili con i materialidi costruzione del motovibra-tore elettrico (sostanze anchedebolmente corrosive).

    - Prima della messa in serviziodel motovibratore elettrico con-trollare lintegrit delle parti perle quali un prolungato arrestopotrebbe compromettere lafunzionalit.

    - Prima della messa in serviziodel motovibratore elettrico ese-guire un ciclo completo di puli-zia rispettando quanto riporta-to sulla scheda di sicurezzadella polvere trattata dallim-pianto.

    - Se il motovibratore elettricoopera in condizioni e con ma-teriali diversi dallapplicazioneprecedente, verificare la com-patibilit di tale utilizzo secon-do quanto riportato nella sezio-ne INDICAZIONE PER LUSO.

    - Umgebungen mit feuchter undsalzhaltiger Luft mglichst ver-meiden.

    - Den elektrischen Unwuchtmotorauf eine Holzunterlage und wit-terungsgeschtzt aufstellen (Sta-peln ist verboten).

    - Es ist verboten, den Unwuchtmo-tor im Freien oder in Bereichenzu lagern, wo Dmpfe oder Sub-stanzen vorhanden sind, dienicht mit den Konstruktionsma-terialien des elektrischen Un-wuchtmotors vertrglich sind(auch leicht korrosiv wirkendeSubstanzen).

    - Lagerbedingungen unterhalbvon -20C sind zu vermeiden.

    2)LNGERER MASCHINENSTILL-STAND NACH DER MONTAGE

    - Vor der Inbetriebnahme ist derelektrische Unwuchtmotor in densicheren Zustand zu bringen.

    - Vor der Inbetriebnahme des elek-trischen Unwuchtmotors die Un-versehrtheit aller Teile prfen,deren Betriebstauglichkeit durcheinen lngeren Stillstand in Fra-ge gestellt werden knnte.

    3)MGLICHE WIEDERVERWEN-DUNG NACH EINER ZEIT DERUNTTIGKEIT

    - Whrend des Stillstands der Ma-schine ist feuchte und salzhalti-ge Luft zu vermeiden.

    - Den elektrischen Unwuchtmotorauf eine Holzunterlage und wit-terungsgeschtzt aufstellen.

    - Es ist verboten, den Unwuchtmo-tor im Freien oder in Bereichenzu lagern, wo Dmpfe oder Sub-stanzen vorhanden sind, dienicht mit den Konstruktionsma-terialien des elektrischen Un-wuchtmotors vertrglich sind(auch leicht korrosiv wirkendeSubstanzen).

    - Vor der Inbetriebnahme ist derelektrische Unwuchtmotor in densicheren Zustand zu bringen.

    - Vor der Inbetriebnahme des elek-trischen Unwuchtmotors die Un-versehrtheit aller Teile prfen,deren Betriebstauglichkeit durcheinen lngeren Stillstand in Fra-ge gestellt werden knnte.

    - Vor der Inbetriebnahme des elek-trischen Unwuchtmotors einenkompletten Reinigungszyklusausfhren, wobei das zu beach-ten ist, was auf dem Sicherheits-datenblatt der von der Anlagebehandelten Stube steht.

    - Wenn der elektrische Unwucht-motor unter anderen Bedingun-gen und mit anderen Materia-lien arbeitet, als es bei der vor-herigen Anwendung der Fall war,die Vertrglichkeit dieses Einsat-zes mit dem prfen, was im Ab-schnitt GEBRAUCHSANGABENsteht.

    1)ENTREPOSAGE AVANTLINSTALLATION

    - Eviter le plus possible les envi-ronnements humides et saum-tres.

    - Placer le motovibrateur lectri-que sur une plate-forme enbois et labri des intempries(empilement interdit).

    - Eviter lentreposage des tem-pratures infrieures -20C.

    2)ARRET PROLONG DE LAMACHINE APRES LE MONTA-GE

    - Avant la mise en service met-tre le motovibrateur lectriqueen conditions de scurit.

    - Avant la mise en service dumotovibrateur lectrique, con-trler lintgrit du moteur lec-trique et de toutes les partiesdont un arrt prolong pourraitcompromettre le fonctionne-ment.

    3)REMPLOI POSSIBLE APRESUNE PRIODE DINACTIVIT

    - Pendant linactivit de la machi-ne viter les environnementshumides et saumtres.

    - Placer le motovibrateur lectri-que sur une plate-forme enbois et labri des intempries.

    - Il est interdit de le stocker enplein air ou dans des zones oil y a des vapeurs ou des subs-tances non compatibles avecles matriaux de constructiondu motovibrateur (substancesmme faiblement corrosives).

    - Avant la mise en service met-tre le motovibrateur lectriqueen conditions de scurit.

    - Avant la mise en service dumotovibrateur lectrique, con-trler lintgrit de toutes lesparties dont un arrt prolongpourrait compromettre le fonc-tionnement.

    - Avant la mise en service dumotovibrateur effectuer un cy-cle complet de nettoyage enrespectant les indications figu-rant sur la fiche de scurit dela poudre traite par linstalla-tion.

    - Si le motovibrateur lectriquetravaille dans des conditions etavec des matires diffrentesde lapplication prcdente,vrifier la compatibilit de cetteutilisation suivant ce qui est in-diqu dans la section MODESDEMPLOI .

    Questa operazione deve es-sere effettuata esclusiva-mente da personale qualifi-cato e con alimentazione di-sinserita.- Togliere i coperchi laterali- Svitare la vite di serraggio del-

    la massa mobile ( per il Size 10svitare il dado di serraggiosullalbero )

    - Portare le masse eccentrichesul valore desiderato ( per ilSize 10 ruotare il numero dimasse desiderato ) come in-dicato nei disegni seguenti

    - E assolutamente necessarioche le masse siano regolatenello stesso senso nelle dueestremit

    - Una volta portate le masse sulvalore desiderato serrare conchiave dinamometrica la vite diserraggio ( dado di serraggioper il Size 10 )

    - Eseguita loperazione su en-trambi i lati, rimontare i coper-chi con le stesse viti e rondellefacendo attenzione che le guar-nizioni siano collocate corret-tamente nelle proprie sedi.

    This operation must be per-formed exclusively by quali-fied personnel, after discon-necting the power supply.- Remove the side covers- Unscrew the screws used for

    locking the movable weight (for Size 10 unscrew the lock-ing nut on the shaft)

    - Bring the eccentric weights tothe required value (for Size 10turn the number of weights re-quired) as indicated in the fol-lowing drawings

    - It is necessary to make surethe weights are adjusted in thesame direction at both ends

    - Once the weights are broughtto the required value, lock thescrews using the dynamomet-ric wrench (lock nut for Size10 )

    - Die Fliehgewichte auf den ge-wnschten Wert einstellen (frMotorgre 10 die gewnsch-te Gewichtanzahl drehen), sowie es in den folgenden Zeich-nungen dargestellt ist.

    - Es ist unbedingt erforderlich,dass die Fliehgewichte auf bei-den Seiten in der gleichen Rich-tung gedreht werden.

    - Wenn man die Fliehgewichtewie gewnscht eingestellt hat,die Befestigungsschraube miteinem Drehmomentschlsselanziehen (Anzugsmutter frMotorgre 10).

    - Wenn der Vorgang auf beidenSeiten ausgefhrt ist, die Hau-ben wieder mit den gleichenSchrauben und Unterlegschei-ben montieren, wobei daraufzu achten ist, dass die Dich-tungen sich korrekt in ihrenAufnahmen befinden.

    - Il est absolument ncessaireque les masses soient rglesdans le mme sens aux deuxextrmits

    - Une fois que les masses sontplaces sur la valeur dsire,serrer la vis de serrage avecune cl dynamomtrique(crou de serrage pour la Taille10)

    - Lopration des deux ctstant termine, remonter lescouvercles avec les mmes viset les rondelles en faisant at-tention que les joints soient pla-cs correctement dans leurpropre sige.
