Installation recommendationsfor DEFLEX wall profiles of the series 318, 322, 326, 335, 343

1. Pentru lungimile de imbinare mai mari decat lungimeastandard a suportului lateral al profilului (3 respectiv

4 mm),se recomanda achizitionarea unor suporti in

inserarea separata,ordonata ca o singura bucata

in lungimea ceruta.

2. Pentru potrivire,incepeti de sus in jos,daca este posibil In

acest scop,introduceti profilul in prima lungime a suportului

si strangeti scobitura suportilor laterali cu aproximativ 10

pana la 20 cm peste lungimea respectiva 1-2 m cu un

cleste in asemenea caz(inserarea se datoreaza greutatii

ei potrivite incat sa nu mai poata aluneca din scobitura

dupa instalare.

3. Acum puteti definitiva fixarea primei lungimi prin:

a.insurubareb.lipire si insurubare

c.lipire(numai in interior)

Va rugam sa tineti seama ca inserarea a fost introdusa

prin intretinerea ariei vizuale prescrise profilului

corespunzator.Latimea vizuala dupa instalare poate fi

gasita in catalogul care contine datele(dedesubt)

4. Impingeti alte lungimi de imbinare de-a lungul inserarii

si definitivati imbinarile laterale,respectand descrierea

de la punctul 3.Umezirea scobiturii in imbinarea

laterala cu apa si sapun faciliteaza impingerea

imbinarii laterale deasupra inserarii.

5. In locul manierei de la punctul 3 putti preveni ca

ca inserarea sa alunece prin executarea ei mai lungadecat s-a prevazut initial si securizarea ei prin

definitivare mecanica in aria acoperisului(invizibila daca

se poate.

Seriile DEFLEX 319,320,321

Pentru a evita glisarea inserarilor,partile finale ale

lungimilor profilului sunt fixate cu cuie.

Subiect de modificat din motive tehnice

1. For join t lengths > standard length of the profileside rails (3 resp. 4 m) it is recommended to purchase

rails and inserts separately and to order the insert as a

single piece in the required length.

2. For fitting, proceed from top to bottom, if possible.

For this purpose, introduce the profi le insert into the first

length of rail and squeeze the groove of the side rails

approx imately every 10 to 20 cm over a length of abt.

1 to 2 m with p incers in such a way that the insert due

to its proper weight can no longer slip out of the

groove after the installation.

Please do this only on the first 1 to 2 m.

3. You can now fasten the first rail length bya) screwing

b) glueing and screwing

c) glue ing (only indoors)

In doing so, please see to it that the insert is installed

with prestress by maintaining the visual area pescribed

for the corresponding profile. The visual width after

installation can be found in the catalogue data under

(= S).

4. Slide up further lengths of rail al ong the insert and

fasten the side rails as described under 3. Wetting

the groove in the side rails with soap water facilitates

pushing up of the side rails over the inserts.

5. Instead of proceeding as under 3., you can also

prevent the inserts from slipping by making the insert a

little bit longer and by securing it by means of a

mechanical fastening in the roof area (invisible, if

possible).

Series DEFLEX 3 1 9 , 3 2 0 , 3 2 1 :

In order to avoid a gliding of the inserts, the ends

of the profile lengths have drillings for the insertion of

bolts.

Subject to modification for technical reasons.
