Ca furnizori de baterii ne concentram eforturile si investim in produse & tehnologii noi. Bateriile Litiu-Ion sunt baterii cu o tehnologie nouadespre care credem ca ofera o multitudine de avantaje.

LiFePO4 = Lithium Iron Phosphate

Va putem oferi o baterie LiFePO4 puternica + incarcator + BMS (sistemul de management al bateriei).

Gama noastra de baterii se intinde de la 12V– 24V– 48V pana la 388V.

Cu capacitate de la 10 Ah– 20Ah– 50Ah– 100Ah– 200Ah – 600Ah.

Bateriile LiFePO4 se livreaza cu incarcator & BMS (Battery Management System) care monitorizeaza si egalizeazafiecare celula in timpul incarcarii & descarcarii.

DE CE SA ALEGI O BATERIE “LIFEPO4” LITHIUM IRON PHOSPHATE Performante deosebite in dimensiuni reduse.

• Extrem de sigure & stabile chimic; nu explodeaza si nici nu ard in urma supraincarcarii sau a unui scurt-circuit.

• Capacitate mare a ratei de descarcare: La accelerare bateria va avea performante mai bune decat bateriile Litiu si NiMh.

• Durata mare de utilizare: peste 6 ani, pana la 2000 de cicluri ( la o descarcare mai mica de 80% DOD)

• Adancimea de descarcare (DOD): bateriile pot fi complet (100%) descarcate.

• Bateriile plumb acid pot fi descarcate doar pana la 80% din capacitate, in caz contrar elevor suferi deteriorari. Deci la aceeasi capacitate o baterie LiFePO4 ofera mai multa energie.

• Tensiunea unei baterii LiFePo4 este de 3.2V/celula. Tensiune va ramane intre 3.2V – 3V pe parcursul a 85% din timpul de descarcare.

• Fara efect de memorie.

• Ecologic: nu este toxica, nu polueaza si nu contine metale rare

• Performante ridicate si dimensiuni reduse.

• Temperatura: de la -20°C la +45°C pentru descarcare si de la 0°C la +45°C pentru incarcare

SISTEMUL DE MANAGEMENT AL BATERIEI (BMS)

Noi furnizam o gama low-cost, de generatie viitoare. Sistemul de management al bateriei

va functiona pentru toate bateriile LiFePO4 utilizate in mod normal de vehiculele electrice

dar si in alte aplicatii.

Acesta este configurabil in hardware si software, permitand monitorizarea sistemelor de baterii variate, de

la cateva celule pana la sute de celule. Designul modular permite sistemului sa fie extins in functie

de necesitati, reconfigurandu-l dupa cum este necesar.

Bateriile noastre LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) sunt dezvoltate pentru aplicatii ciclice, in cazul in care sunt descarcate & incarcate frecvent. LiFePO4 esteo baterie cu tehnologie revolutionara construita pentru aplicatii ciclice, cu o greutate redusa, capabila sa furnizeze curenti mari si cu un nr. mare de cicluri!
