HOTĂRÂREA nr. 69din 16 ianuarie 2014

Prin adresa nr. 901/C/l2210/2013, Parchetul de pe lângă înalta Curte deCasaţie şi Justiţie a înaintat Consiliului Superior al Magistraturii noile formularestatistice P1P4, Nomenclatorul unic al cauzelor penale precum şi ghidul decompletare a formularelor.

In motivarea adresei se arata faptul că perspectiva intrării în vigoare a noului

cod penal şi a noului cod de procedură penală au determinat în mod esenţial oreapreciere a formularelor statistice precum şi a ghidului de completare a acestora.

 Astfel, au apărut instituţii noi de drept substanţial sau procesual (suspectul,renunţarea la urmărirea penală, etc.) care impun reflectarea ca atare şi din punct de

 vedere statistic.

Faţa de aceste aspecte, Plenul Consiliului Superior al Magistraturii apreciază căsistemul judiciar în ansamblu trebuie sa fie pregătit pentru a face faţă noilormodificări în materie penală începând cu luna februarie 2014, inclusiv din punct de vedere statistic.

 Astfel, toate parchetele trebuie să colecteze în mod curent date statistice înconformitate cu noii indicatori cuprinşi în codul penal respectiv de procedurăpenală şi în baza unui ghid actualizat.

Faţă de aspectele invocate, în conformitate cu dispoziţiile art. 62 litp) dinRegulamentul de organizare şi funcţionare a Consiliului Superior al Magistraturii,prin vot direct şi secret, cu unanimitatea voturilor membrilor prezenţi,

HOTĂRĂŞTE

 Art.î Aprobă noile formulate statistice pentru parchete, nomenclatorul unicstatistic pentru cauzele penale la parchete, precum şi ghidul de completare aformularelor, conform anexelor.

 Art.2 Prezenta hotărâre se comunică Biroului de statistică din cadrul Parchetului

de pe lângă înalta Curte de Casaţie şi Justiţie în vederea punerii în aplicare.
