Order Minimum order is £35.00.

Credit All orders are subject to the approval of our credit department. If you area new account, please furnish us with a bank reference and three supplierreferences. A credit limit will be imposed on new accounts until credit hasbeen established.

Payment Terms are net 30 days.

Cancellation In the event an order is cancelled, charge will be made to cover labour,materials and overheads.

Returned Material A handling charge of 25% is made on all standard parts returned forcredit. Written permission and shipping instructions must be obtainedbefore the return of any material. Special tooling cannot be returned.

Claims All claims for shortages must be made within 3 days of the invoice date.

Optima™ is a proprietary TiCN (titanium carbo-nitride) coating that was custom engineered at our in-house coatingfacilities. It features unique properties that significantly enhance tooling performance. This coating, which is available only to Wilson Tool customers, provides a level of surface hardness, wear resistance and lubricity never before associated withcoated or uncoated punch press tooling.

The Wilson Tool Parting ToolsThe parting tool punches and dies can be used to provide a more cost effective method of slitting. Instead ofreplacing the entire punch and die, only new blades need to be re-ordered. There are two fixed collar optionsavailable, one at 0º and one at 90º. The fixed collar enables quicker set up times and greater accuracy.

The Wilson Tool designed urethane stripper is suitable for anymanual machine using Trumpf tooling. It reduces set up times,provides closer stripping and reduces punching noise. It alsoreduces the problem of sheet marking associated with metalstrippers in thin or soft material.

Design Criteria

Designed for use in thin sheets only. 2mm mild steel andaluminium, 1.6mm stainless steel maximum sheet thickness

Round and shaped sizes up to the 65mm range are suppliedblank for punching the aperture whilst in the press. Round andshaped sizes in the 65mm range have apertures pre-milled byWilson Tool
