    Publicaia conine materiale complementare despre Liceul AM i partenerii de baz cu care instituia are relaii de colaborare n organi-zarea activitilor cu tinerii i implementarea aciunilor de voluntariat i munc n folosul comunitii.

    Scopul proiectului este promovarea i facilitarea participrii tinerilor la nivel local i comunitar pentru a contribui la consolidarea societii democratice, bazate pe cetenie activ i demonstrarea responsabilitii, promovnd Pacea Universal, Dialogul Intercultural, Tolerana, nelegerea ntre oameni etc.

    This publication contains complementary materials about ASM Lyceum and its key partners with whom this institution has collaborative relationships. It refers specifically to processes which include organization of activities with young people and implementation of voluntary work and various activities on community benefits.

    The project aims to promote and facilitate youths participation in the local community to help the democratic development of the soci-ety, based on active citizenship, and demonstrates responsibility, promoting Universal Peace, Intercultural Dialogue, Tolerance, Understan-ding between people etc.

  • 5Odat ce comunitatea progreseaz i i per-fecioneaz principiile de ac-tivitate, membrii ei naintea-z cerine tot mai mari fa de societate. Ar fi bine ca aceste ateptri de la cei din jur s creasc proporional cu responsabilitatea proprie i implicarea dezinteresat n soluionarea problemelor comunitii.

    Or, aciunile de voluntariat i munc n folosul comu-nitii sunt o baz bun pentru transformrile de menta-litate, n situaia cnd membrii societii, n special tine-rii, doresc cu adevrat o schimbare de calitate.

    Publicaia de fa propune cteva modele concrete, orientate spre activizarea potenialului civic al tinerilor i ridicarea responsabilitii pentru cuvintele i faptele lor prin aciuni de voluntariat i proiecte ce urmeaz s fie implementate n comunitate.

    Aceste idei sunt confirmate prin aciunile organizate de tinerii din R. Moldova care au migrat peste hotare la studii sau la munc i i mprtesc experiena lor cu semenii din ar.

    FACILITM IMPLICAREA TINERILOR N VIAA COMUNITIIWE FACILITATE YOUTH INVOLVEMENT IN COMMUNITY LIFE

    Since the community makes progress and improves its principles of activity, the members of it put forth higher and higher demands to society. In that respect it is necessary that these expectations about people around should rise proportionally with ones own re-sponsibility and disinterested involvement in the solving of the communitys problems.

    Or, the volunteering actions and community service make a proper basis for the formation of mentality, pri-marily for the young members of the community, who sincerely desire a change of quality.

    This publication proposes definite models, oriented towards the activation of civic potential of the younger generation and the growing of responsibility for their words and acts through volunteering actions and proj-ects to be implemented in the community.

    These ideas are confirmed by the actions initiated with the participation of youth organizations from the Republic of Moldova, people who went abroad to study or to work, and who are willing to share their experience with their peers in Moldova.

    Centrul Colaborare i Parteneriat Moldova este unul dintre partenerii principali ai Li-ceului AM, care a susinut deja dou publica-ii: I-a n anul 2013 coala secolului XXI, n condiiile creterii migraiei tinerilor peste ho-tare i cea de a II-a, n anul 2014 Migraia i consolidarea dialogului intercultural. Sun-tem profund recunosctori oamenilor de bun credin pentru suportul acordat la editarea publicaiei de fa.

    Recunosc c m implic cu mult plcere n aciunile organizate de tineri i pentru tineri n domeniul anti-migraiei, aa cum toate aciunile noastre au sens, de-oarece este o investiie n viitorul rii i al cetenilor ei.

    Tinerii au o importan deosebit de mare n procesul de dezvoltare a unei ri, deoarece prin aceasta ei asigu-r prosperarea att a lor, ct i a societii. Implicarea ti-nerilor este, de asemenea, foarte important, deoarece anume ei sunt cei care particip activ n formarea unei noi societi, studiaz i aplic noile tehnologii infor-maionale i demonstreaz interes pentru dezvoltarea competenelor pe care le vor utiliza eficient n viitor.

    Urmrind cu interes schimbrile din societatea noas-tr, tinerii i aduc contribuia la dezvoltarea comunit-ii, iar odat cu aceasta crete i nivelul de dezvoltare intelectual, cultural i economic a rii. Atunci cnd se implic tinerii, ei aduc un mod nou de gndire.

    I would like to point out the fact that I am more than happy to be engaged in various anti-migration activities which are organized by youth and involve the younger generation. I strongly believe that these enterprises represent important investments in our countrys future and its citizens.

    Younger generation plays a crucial role in the devel-opment of the country because through these projects they can enormously contribute to building prosperous communities and they can positively impact their own personal and professional development. Youth involve-ment in these activities is critical because they are the ones who actively participate in changing and improving the established social formation. Also, they are the ones who use the most recent and advanced technologies, and who are interested in developing the necessary skills to grow both personally and professionally.

    Closely following the rapid changes in our society, youth is actively contributing to building strong com-munities which results in positive social and economic changes in our country. Younger generations involve-ment brings creative thinking and strong democratic adherence.

    Academia de tiine a Moldovei (AM), nfiinat n anul 1946, este principala instituie tiinific din ar, care coordoneaz cercetarea n toate segmentele tiinei i tehnologiei.

    n anul 2006, AM a obinut dreptul de a crea pro-priile instituii de nvmnt pentru pregtirea cadrelor tiinifice. Astfel, a fost fondat Universitatea Academi-ei de tiine (Un. AM), care pregtete specialiti n di-verse domenii. La iniiativa preedintelui AM, academi-cianul Gheorghe Duca, a fost deschis Liceul AM (LASM) instituie de nvmnt preuniversitar pentru copiii dotai din republic.

    Academy of Sciences of Moldova (ASM), founded in 1946, is the main scientific institution in Moldova, whi-ch coordinates research in all domains of science and technology.

    In 2006, ASM has obtained the right to create its own educational institutions for training of research staff. Thereby was founded the University of the ASM (Un.AM) to prepare specialists in various fields. On the initiative of the President and Academician of the ASM Gheorghe Duca, was created the Lyceum of the ASM (LASM) high school for the most intelligent students in the country.

    Liceul AM menine o strns colaborare cu cele 18 instituii ale AM, participnd la diverse evenimente tiinifice comune, vizite de studiu, ntlniri cu persona-liti marcante din domeniul tiinei i cercetrii.

    n cadrul Clusterului educaional-tiinific UnivER SCIENCE (University of Education and Research SCIEN-CE) se utilizeaz eficient resursele materiale i intelectu-ale disponibile pentru desfurarea activitilor de for-mare profesional i perfecionare a cadrelor tiinifice.

    Astfel, elevii au posibiliti reale de a se ocupa cu ac-tivitatea tiinific, elabornd lucrri de cercetare, pre-cum i proiecte inovative.

    Lyceum of the Academy of Sciences maintains close cooperation with 18 institutions of the ASM, participa-ting in various scientific events, study visits and mee-tings with leading figures of the academic and research staff.

    Within the educational and scientific Cluster UnivER SCIENCE (University of Education and Research SCIEN-CE), the intellectual and material resources available for training activities are efficiently used by students.

    Thus, students have opportunities for real scientific work, developing research papers and innovative pro-jects as well.

    Universitatea AM este o instituie superioar de nvmnt, n plin ascensiune, pregtit s fac fa provocrilor societii contemporane. Un.AM pre-gtete specialiti n biologie, chimie, ecologie, filosofie, fizic, geografie, informatic, limbi i comunicare, mate-matic etc.

    Promovnd n mod consecvent conceptul de formare universitar prin cercetare, Un. AM activeaz n strn-s colaborare cu institutele de cercetare ale AM n ca-drul Cluster-ului educaional tiinific UnivER SCIENCE, asigurnd calitatea necesar a demersului educaional orientat spre formarea unor absolveni creativi, cu com-petene manageriale, competitivi i solicitai ca profesi-oniti pe piaa muncii.

    University of the ASM (Un.ASM) is an emerging hi-gher education institution, ready to face any challenges of contemporary society. Un.ASM trains specialists in the field of biology, chemistry, ecology, philosophy, phy-sics, geography, IT, languages, mathematics etc.

    Consistently promoting the concept of academic trai-ning through research, Un.ASM works closely with re-search institutes of the ASM in the frame of educational and scientific Cluster UnivER SCIENCE. Un.ASM ensures the quality of educational approach oriented towards the formation of creative graduates, with managerial skills, competitive and sought-after specialists for labor market.

    Liceul AM instituie pentru copiii dotai din republic, menit s asigure o educaie de calitateASM Lyceum a school for gifted children in the country, aims to ensure quality education

    Liceul AM este o instituie de stat n care sunt pro-movate capacitile i cunotinele copiilor dotai din R. Moldova. Aici sunt educate bunele maniere, activis-mul civic i responsabilitatea. Cu adevrat sunt susinute iniiativele elevilor i ale autoconducerii colare. Cu suc-ces sunt promovate valorile persoanei, familiei i ale comunitii, unde sunt pregtii viitori savani, cercet-tori i manageri.

    Liceul AM se plaseaz pe primele locuri la reuit printre instituiile preuniversitare din ar, media la BAC este peste 8,00 i nu sunt elevi corigeni. Din anul 2014, n liceu este implementat planul cadru individualizat, unde elevii pot s aleag doar 6 obiecte obligatorii i 1-2 opionale.

    The Lyceum of the ASMis a governmental institution which promotes the skills and knowledge of the gifted and tal-ented children from all over the Republic of Moldova. Here the students are educated in good manners, with an emphasis on civic activism and responsibility. The students initiatives and school self-government activities are constantly supported by teachers. Within the school are successfully promoted the values of the person, family and community, and are trained the future scientists, researchers and managers.

    The Lyceum of the ASM is among the most successful high schools in the Republic of Moldova. The BAC avera-ge is above 8.00 and there are no repeaters. Since 2014, the Lyceum is implementing the customized framework plane, which provides for students possibility to choose only 6 required disciplines, and 1-2 optional.

Printre cele mai importante tradiii la Liceul AM sunt: Careul solemn al Primului i al Ultimului Sunet; interpretarea colectiv a Imnului de Stat al R. Moldova; Balul Bobocilor; Hramul Liceului; Ziua profesional a lucrtorilor din nvmnt; Ziua Sf. Valentin; Srbtoarea Primverii; Aciuni de Bi-nefacere; Consultaii cu prinii; Balul absolvenilor etc.

    Every educational institution organizes its special events that became a tradition. Among the most impor-tant traditions of the ASM Lyceum, we could mention: the solemn Assembly for the Start and the End of the school year; collective singing the National Anthem of the Republic of Moldova; Freshmans Ball; Schools day; Teachers Day; Valentines Day; the Spring Feasts; Chari-ty; Consultationswithparents; theschoolProm etc.

    Teachers from ASM Lyceum are the exceptional specialists in their field. They demonstrate profession-alism in organizing the interactive educational process and the ability to evaluate students performance. The school board members consists of eight teachers doc-torates, nine teachers higher education qualification, five teachers first grade teaching degree, six teachers second grade teaching degree.

    Extracurricular activities are monitored by head of the class, who organize in partnership with students all kinds of activities.

    The collaboration and Partnership Center of Moldo-va (CPCM), the director of which is Irina MARTNIUC, is a non-governmental public association which supports various projects of young people and has a specific focus towards important subjects of the Moldovan society, such as migration and voluntary work in the community.     Asociaia Naional a Tinerilor Istorici din Moldova (ANTIM), membr a Asociaiei Europene a profe-sorilor de istorie EUROCLIO a demonstrat prin aciuni concrete, implicare dezinteresat i organizare la nivel nalt a activitilor cu profesorii din republic i cu tine-rii prin dezbateri academice, proiecte civice, publicaii tiinifice, studii, asisten metodic, consultaii i acti-viti tiinifice.

    Printre proiectele desfurate de Liceului AM n par-teneriat cu ANTIM se numr: organizarea Competiiilor Regionale de Dezbateri, Forumul Civic Naional 2014, Proiectul Civic Democraia n coal 2014-2015 i altele.

    The National Association of Young Historians of Moldova ANTIM is a full member of the European As-sociation of History Educators EUROCLIO. The members of ANTIM have proved by concrete actions their selfless involvement in the organization of activities in the coun-try with teachers and young people through academic debates, civic projects, scientific publications and me-thodological assistance.

    Liceul AM n parteneriat cu ANTIM au beneficiat de un suport important n cadrul Proiectului Civic: Academia de var, cu genericul Democraia n coal pentru anul academic 2014-2015. n cadrul proiectului, anual se n-trunesc colective de profesori i reprezentani ai ONG din statele Parteneriatului Estic, precum i din alte state din Europa. Proiectul este susinut de ctre Consiliul Europei, Ministerul Educaiei Naionale din Polonia, Centrul Polo-nez pentru Dezvoltarea nvmntului i Centrul European Wergeland (Norvegia).

    Scopul implicrii n proiectul european este elaborarea unei strategii de punere n aciune a respectrii drepturilor omului n instituiile de nvmnt i a consolidrii orga-nelor colare.

    The ASM Lyceum in partnership with the National Asso-ciation of Young Historians of Moldova ANTIM received important support within the Summer Academy Demo-cracy at School for the 2014-15 academic year. The annu-al Summer Academy involves teachers, parents and repre-sentatives of NGOs from the Eastern Partnership countries and other European countries. The project is supported by the Council of Europe, the Ministry of National Education of Poland, the Centre for Education Development and the European Wergeland Center (Norway).

    The Summer Academy Democracy at School offers a one year training programme that aims to develop partici-pants competences in the field of Education for Democra-tic Citizenship and Human Rights Education.

    AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL MOLDOVA (AIM)

    Amnesty International (AI) este o micare mondial a activitilor voluntari care lupt pentru drepturile omului. Amnesty International Moldova nu este de-pendent de guvern, ideologii politice sau nvturile unei religii, nu susine i nu se opune ideilor persoane-lor ale cror drepturi tinde s le apere.

    Singurul scop al AIM este protecia drepturilor omu-lui, de aceea muli voluntari de la Liceul AM s-au im-plicat activ n implementarea obiectivelor acestei orga-nizaii. Activitile organizate n comun sunt: instruirea juridic a tinerilor, scrierea de scrisori adresate persoa-nelor oficiale din diverse state pentru a opri tortura i violena, participarea la aciuni de protest etc.

    Amnesty International (AI) is a global movement of human rights activists. Amnesty International Moldova is independent of any government, political ideology, economic interest or religion, and does not endorse and it is not opposed to the views of those whose rights it seeks to protect.

    The only purpose of AIM is to defend human rights, thats why so many volunteers from the ASM Lyceum are actively involved in the implementation of objectives of this organization. Some of the activities are: training of young people on legal topics, writing letters to officials from various countries to stop torture and violation of law, participation in protests, etc.

    muzic i interpreii preferai; crearea unui mediu favorabil de relaxante n pau-

    zele dintre ore.

    The Purpose of the Volunteer Workers: To promote the culture of communication and to present the Radio shows with a mixture of mu-sic and news.

    Aims: providing qualitative information about

    school events; preparing a radio program to discuss different

    types of music and famous singers; creating a favorable environmentbetween

    study hours.

    Target group: Students, teachers and non-teach-ing staff.

    Activities: Topics focused on particular genres of music; Days dedicated to some singers and music bands; Presenting news and announcements via school Radio TV;

    Durabilitatea proiectului: Elevii din proiect sunt cu-prini n structurile colii: Avocatul Elevului i Consiliul colar al Elevilor, n care se organizeaz dezbateri care au ca tem probleme actuale. De asemenea, ei participa activ la campanii de voluntariat civic.

    LICEUL CITETE O CARTELICEUL TEORETIC VASILE ALECSANDRI, CHIINU, R. MOLDOVA

    Trim timpuri ce aduc riscul de a transforma cartea ntr-un instrument util doar colii. n Liceul Vasile Alec-sandri a fost lansat proiectul Liceul citete o carte n aprilie 2013 cu Dan Puric, apoi a fost elaborat un pro-gram pentru 4 ani. Promovarea lecturii prin proiect se face prin intermediul copiilor, prinilor, partenerilor i al reelelor de socializare. Sunt implicai profesori, elevi i prini. Selectarea crii se face mpreun, la sugestia seciei metodice a limbii romne. Mesajul crii trebuie s fie educativ. De obicei, se citesc mpreun trei cri.

    Scop: Promovarea necesitii lecturrii crilor prin-tre tineri, dar i n familii.

    Obiective: dezvoltarea competenei de lectur rapid a unei

    lucrri recomandate; posedarea abilitilor de a extrage me-

    sajul educativ transmis de autor; aplicarea expresiilor n elaborarea unui

    eseu sau a unei comunicri orale.

    Grupul in, elevii claselor X-XII-a, profe-sorii, prinii, prietenii, membrii comunitii.

    Activiti: Proiectul se anun la nceputul anului, se enun datele i crile ce urmea-z a fi citite. La nceput am dat start lecturii Viaa ca o prad de Marin Preda, apoi a urmat romantica Adela a lui Garabet Ibri-leanu, iar o tonalitate mai consistent am fa-cut-o prin Savatie Batovoi cu Diavolul este politic corect. A urmat cele 21 de cuvinte ale lui Tudor Chiril din Exerciii de echilibru. Judecile de valoare i stilul de scriere cultiv inteligena participanilor.

    Impactul proiectului: Citirea unei opere clasice are un impact constructiv asupra fi-ecruia din noi. Ne referim n primul rnd la spiritualizarea crilor, care sunt cutate n librrii, biblioteci, colegii. Creativitatea se manifest prin elaborarea de postere, embleme, machete, simboluri de promo-vare a proiectului. Mobilizarea tuturor este impresionant: n ultimele zile din ajunul implementrii proiectului n laborator, toi discut, se expun, se laud n ct timp au citit-o i ce impact a avut lectura asupra membrilor familiei. Discutarea mesajului autorului se face la o mas rotund cu ele-vii, prinii i profesorii.

    Evaluarea proiectului: La a doua ediie proiectul trezete mult entuziasm din par-tea tuturor celor implicai. Se lanseaz slo-gane de campanie, se solicit implicarea partenerilor i a autorilor. Tudor Chiril

    ne-a salutat ideea de la Bucureti, iar TV THT au realizat un filmule destul de reuit.

    Durabilitatea proiectului: Am lansat proiectul pen-tru 4 ani cu 12 cri, cifra fiind sugestiv. Mizm, desigur, pe calitatea expunerii i interesul copiilor de a-l continua ntr-o nou formul. Deocamdat, mai avem de savurat doi ani frumoi de lectur.

    Concluzii: Proiectul este eficient, suscit interesul celor implicai. Fiecare participant i construiete expu-nerea pentru a fi ascultat i a genera idei. Se lucreaz astfel la dezvoltarea vocabularului, la expresivitatea ora-toric, dar i capacitatea de sintez. Ne propunem s-l intensificm prin activism, att la nivel de instituie, ct i n municipiu, prin parteneri, iar comentariile cele mai reuite s le publicm.

    Voluntariatul solicit soluionarea problemelor co-munitii; ofer posibilitate de aciune celor care nu pot s se reprezinte singuri; ofer persoanelor oportu-niti de a acumula noi cunotine i abiliti; dezvolt ncrederea n sine i creativitatea; promoveaz solidari-tatea la nivel de grup, familie i comunitate etc.

    Cine poate fi voluntar? Toate persoanele au dreptul de a-i oferi n mod liber timpul, talentul i energia n bene-ficiul altora sau al comunitii prin aciuni individuale sau colective i fr a atepta recompense.

    De ce s fii voluntar? Persoanele se implic n munca de voluntariat pentru: a obine experien de via; a testa o nou posibilitate de avansare n carier; a nva lucruri noi; a stabili contacte necesare i pentru a te simi util; a-i ajuta pe cei mai slabi; a-i asuma o responsabilitate; a face parte dintr-o echip etc.

    n ce domenii i activiti se pot implica elevii volun-tari? n calitate de voluntar, doritorii pot s se implice ntr-o varietate de aciuni i proiecte n diverse domenii: tiinifi-ce, sociale, civice, sntate, ecologie, cultur, administra-ie, sport i altele.

    Ce drepturi au voluntarii? n calitate de voluntari per-soanele pot beneficia de mai multe drepturi: de a fi tratat egal; de a-i fi luate n calcul preferinele personale, inte-ligena i experiena de via n stabilirea sarcinilor; de a participa la sesiuni de formare n domeniul n care prestezi activitatea; de a beneficia de cele mai noi informaii n do-meniu; de a fi informat i ajutat la nevoie; de a fi promovat n conformitate cu rezultatele obinute; de a fi ascultat i de a-i fi luat n consideraie opinia; dreptul de stimulare, sub forma unor promovri, premii sau prin exprimarea co-tidian a aprecierii pe care o merit; de a i se acorda un certificat prin care va fi confirmat activitatea de voluntar.

    Ce responsabiliti au voluntarii? Fiecare persoan implicat n munca de voluntariat este responsabil i de-monstreaz c dorete s ajute alte persoane i manifest ncredere n propriile fore; posed abiliti de gndire cri-tic i este dispus s nvee continuu; accept supervizarea i este un bun coechipier; demonstreaz un nivel nalt de cultur i organizare, comportament civilizat i promoveaz valorile personale i colective.

    Astfel, voluntarii sunt persoane deschise, oneste i prie-tenoase; colaboreaz cu diveri factori interesai n apreci-erea necesitilor i n soluionarea problemelor identifica-te; se oblig s respecte responsabilitile sale.

    Volunteering contributes to get action to solve com-munity problems; offers the chance of getting involved in activities to persons who cant do that alone as well as the opportunity to learn new things and to acquire new abili-ties; builds self-confidence through the active involvement in social processes; develops creativity and promotes soli-darity in group, family and community.

    Who can be a volunteer? All persons have the right to offer their time, talent and energy not for material rewards in return but to make our society a better place to live.

    Why should I become a volunteer? Volunteering has self-serving reasons: Gaining some life experience; Testing a new way of making a career; Learning new things; Ma-king contacts for possible employment; Fulfilment; Helping the weaker ones; Working for ones own skill development.

    How many fields are available? Volunteer work is mul-tifaceted and interesting. As a student volunteer, you can participate in a variety of activities and projects from diffe-rent fields: scientific, social, civic, health, ecological, cultu-ral, administration, sport and others.

    What are my rights as a volunteer? As a volunteer you have the right to: be treated equally; consider personal preferences, intelligence and life experience; be provided with sufficient training and supervision; be informed and consulted on matters which affect you and your work; have regular evaluations of your performance; be heard and re-cognized; be rewarded for your merits, through prizes or daily recognition; be given a certificate which confirms your activity as a volunteer.
