A new start, at the end of the year!

With impatience and fear, Iuliana started her first university year. Felt

the student role as a big responsibility, as a jump in her becoming.

Fundatia JOYO was her friend who supported forward to grow as

human and professional. In order to succeed, a young student needs

another approach to make the personal priority plan, to plan the time

and efforts. In this new situation was also Iuliana. Feeling overloaded

by the multiplicity and complexity of the requests of her new statute,

the student one. Shortly after the start of the university year, a

welcomed and unexpected help came from an old friend of the

foundation - Mr. Thomas Stauffer, who assumed voluntary the mentor

role for our young student. In the day centre runs a well-established

rigorous program, meetings which have the role to clarify and answer

to Iuliana’s questions regarding the field in which will profess but also

in general, helps her to understand and prepare for the responsible

adult life.

December offered Iuliana another opportunity: being employee, part

time, in the field in which will profess. Confidence in a young man

barely out of high school, without any experience, neither as employee

or in the professional field, was granted by the company that handles

bookkeeping of Fundatia JOYO. Iuliana is very satisfied and

conscious that few students have this opportunity to be employee with

full rights and to learn the abc profession at the same time.

Thus, the 2016 year represented a very important one for the evolution

of this young lady who grow up at the same time with Fundatia.

Iuliana consider it ,,HER extraordinary year” and she is not at all

wrong!
