Cu privire la unele podoabe i accesorii vestimentare ale populaiei spaiuluicarpato-dunrean n secolele XIV-XVII

Rezumat

n prezentul studiu se analizeaz unele tipuri de podoabe, specifice pentru costumul populaiei din spaiul carpato-dunrean din secolele XIV-XVII. n categoria podoabelor pentru cap sunt incluse ace, predestinate pentru fixareaacoperemntului i decorarea coafurii. Cele mai timpurii exemplare sunt prezentate prin ace cu vrful n formde psri, descoperite la Pohrebeni (Republica Moldova) i Suceava (Romnia). Mai larg sunt cunoscute acele iagrafele cu vrfurile rotunjite, deseori decorate cu rozete executate din srm de metal i pietre scumpe. Asemeneapiese se ntlnesc n inventarul monumentelor arheologice din secolele XV-XVII (tezaurele de la Musaid, RepublicaMoldova; Sihleanu, Zvoia, Covei, Pun din Romnia).O tradiie specific pentru podoabele populaiei din regiunea vizat prezint decorarea pieselor vestimentare cuaplice realizate n tehnica filigranului i a granulaiei. Asemenea piese se grupeaz n conformitate cu dou tradiiidiferite. Sunt cunoscute aplicele confecionate n secolul al XV-lea, mai mult ca probabil, de ctre meterii ttaro-mongoli (Costeti, Republica Moldova), Suceava (Romnia). Posibil, sub influena acestor piese s-a format tipulaplicelor vestimentare, specifice pentru secolele XV-XVII de la Putna, Pun (Romnia), Sngerei, Musaid (Repu-blica Moldova). Spre deosebire de acest tip, se cunosc un ir de aplici i broe realizate conform tradiiei vest-euro-pene (Curtea de Arge, Buda, Sibiu).

n secolul al XVII-lea setul de podoabe este completat cu coliere specifi

ce, cunoscute la Hjdieni, Saharna (RepublicaMoldova). Apariia acestor piese n garnitura de podoabe din Moldova poate fi cauzat de influena tradiiilor bulga-re. n secolele XVI-XVII erau extrem de cutate articolele confecionate de coala din Ciprovci, Bulgaria. Se tie, cmeterii acestei coli confecionau la comanda domnitorilor rilor romne articole de toreutici variate podoabe, de

preferin, articole pentru gt din srm subire. n aa fel, constatm c podoabele populaiei regiunii carpato-dun-rene din secolele XV-XVII prezint un complex integru de piese, bazate pe variate tradiii i influene culturale.

On some ornaments and clothing accessories

of the populations from the Carpathian-Danubian space in the 14th

-17th

centuries

Abstract

The present study analyses some types of ornaments specific to the costume of the population from the Carpath-ian-Danubian space in the 14th-17th centuries. In the category of head ornaments needles are included, intended forfixing the head covers and to decorate the hair. The earliest examples are represented by needles with bird-shapedend discovered at Pohrebeni (Republic of Moldova) and Suceava (Romania). The needles and clips with roundishends, often decorated with rosettes made of metal wire and precious stones, are more widely known. Such piecesare found in the inventory of archaeological monuments from the 15 th-17th centuries (treasures from Musaid, Re-public of Moldova; Sihleanu, Zvoia, Covei, Pun from Romania).A specific tradition for the populations ornaments in the given region are clothing pieces with applications madeusing the filigree and granulation technique. Such objects are grouped according to two different traditions. Ap-plications are known, made in the 15th century most probably by Tatar-Mongols craftsmen (Costeti, Republic of

Moldova), Suceava (Romania). It is possible that the type of clothing applications specific to the 15th

centuriesfrom Putna, Pun (Romania), Sngerei, Musaid (Republic of Moldova) were formed under the influence of thesepieces. A series of applications and brooches made according to the western-European tradition (Curtea de Arge ,Buda, Sibiu), different from the first two types, are known as well.In the 17th century the set of ornaments is supplemented with specific necklaces known at Hjdieni, Saharna (Re-public of Moldova). The appearance of these objects in the group of ornaments from Moldova can be explained byinfluences of Bulgarian traditions. The articles made by the Ciprovici school from Bulgaria were in great demandin the 16th-17th centuries. It is known that the craftsmen of this school manufactured toreutic articles and variousornaments, mostly for the neck, made of thin wire, at custom order of princes from the Romanian countries. Inconclusion we show that ornaments of the population from the Carpathian-Danubian space in the 15 th-17th centu-ries represents an integral complex of pieces based on various traditions and cultural influences.
